About John Loehner

So much information appears in the media every day, offering financial and investment advice and education, but also warning and alarming us. What can you believe? Who can you trust?

John Loehner wants his clients to make educated choices about what they want to do with their money today . . . and how it will be handled in the future.

"For me, it's not just about the money,"
John comments, "but about taking care of
the person's needs, values, and goals first."

That philosophy has been the driving force behind Atlantic Wealth Strategies, which John started in 2003. After spending the majority of his financial career working for a Wall Street brokerage firm, John decided he could provide more value to his clients by working on an independent basis, providing objective financial advice he felt is missing from the traditional Wall Street firms.

John's goal with Atlantic Wealth Strategies is to provide an independent and objective viewpoint while maintaining the highest ethical standards.

"Despite all the noise you hear from the media, it's always been about helping clients
make educated decisions that feel right to them. It should never be overlooked that
we are in the business of helping people first, not selling a product."

John continues to bring his commonsense philosophy to investing to both working individuals and retirees in New England and throughout the country. Born in New Jersey, John came to New England to attend St. Anselm College in Manchester, New Hampshire. Throughout the years, John has continued his education, including attending Boston University's Center for Professional Education, where he received a financial planning diploma.

John lives on the North Shore with his wife and three children. In his spare time, he and his family enjoy a variety of athletic and other recreational activities.
